Peter DiMarzio
Peter is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and while stationed in Texas developed his love for horses. Since moving back to the Northeast that love of horses has kept growing. Before MLES, Peter would volunteer his time at various horse rescues around New England. Looking at the number of horses in need and the shortage of equine sanctuaries Peter decided to establish Maple Leaf Equine Sanctuary. A place where horses are given a second chance at life and their spirit lives on.
Yvette Lillge
Yvette’s love of horses comes from her husband Peter. Yvette has also volunteered and learned the ropes about horses from various horse rescues around the New England area. Yvette is an established glass artist and flame worker in her own right and can be seen at various art shows around New England. Yvette is both Vice President and Treasurer at Maple Leaf Equine Sanctuary
